Danville was a one-off faire, set in Faversham, Kent, along the road from Dover to London. It portrayed a chance meeting between King Henry VIII (returning from France and the Battle of the Spears) and Queen Catherine of Aragon (returning from Scotland and the Battle of Flodden Field). It was held April 9/10, 2005. Unfortunately, the venue was a sodden swamp by the time we were able to set up. It did, however, provide plenty of work cleaning off rust for our squires (on loan from Charlotte Wood Middle School).
