The second Golden Gate Faire was held August 27/28, 2005. We were again near the gate entrance. We had a fencing tournament on Saturday.

SLO Faire was July 16/17, 2005. We were again tasked with guarding the back gate, as well as providing entertainment at the front gate.

Danville was a one-off faire, set in Faversham, Kent, along the road from Dover to London. It portrayed a chance meeting between King Henry VIII (returning from France and the Battle of the Spears) and Queen Catherine of Aragon (returning from Scotland and the Battle of Flodden Field). Fresno City College Faire 2005 gallery
FCC was held March 12/13 in 2005. In addition to the usual things, there was the Tudor (Cast Iron) Chef competition, which Mistress Marta entered… and won. Gallery #1: Tudor Chef. The secret ingredient was mushrooms. And Mistress Marta made: Mushroom Bisque, Hens with Mushroom and Fruit Stuffing, and Pork & Mushroom Pie. The winning entry was the poultry.
