The final FCC (although we didn’t know it at the time) was held Mar 17/18, 2007. It was bitterly cold, and we were all happy to be wearing layers of wool.

The Fresno City College event in 2006 was a lot of fun. There was a formal renaissance dinner as a fund raiser for the school on Saturday night, and we were part of the entertainment, with a dramatic sword fight in the middle of dinner.
FCC is back!
We are looking forward to the return of the Fresno City College Faire in less than 2 weeks, March 14-15. We went to our inaugural event there in 2004. Fresno City College Faire 2005 gallery
FCC was held March 12/13 in 2005. In addition to the usual things, there was the Tudor (Cast Iron) Chef competition, which Mistress Marta entered… and won. Gallery #1: Tudor Chef. The secret ingredient was mushrooms. And Mistress Marta made: Mushroom Bisque, Hens with Mushroom and Fruit Stuffing, and Pork & Mushroom Pie. The winning entry was the poultry.
