We picked the staircase finishing details (railings, treads, etc) from the Coffman line.
Ted created the mantle over the fireplace.

The downstairs furnace went in, so the house is now reasonably warm.
And the HardiBacker underlaiment for the floor tile has been placed. Greta has approved!

Other minor finishing details, including some clean up, have progressed. We're hoping to start tile in the non-master bathrooms shortly.
